Easy Meditations
Easy Meditations is a two-hour session incorporating gentle movements, blissful relaxations, and meditations to enjoy greater clarity, focus and enhancing your concentration.
Gently unwind with some easy-paced yoga, breath work and deep relaxation. During this session, Dawn will introduce you to a range of mindfulness practises to help you stay present and in the moment. We will spend time in guided meditation and explore the many health benefits of activating the body's relaxation response. Our time includes a deep relaxation to leave you with a sense of inner harmony and stillness.
Easy meditations will leave you feeling grounded, balanced and in harmony. Our meditations will be completed standing, lying, and sitting, providing you with different ways to quieten the mind and find a deep and restful stillness within the body.
Meditations will be guided, using chairs and yoga props, making these sessions suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. Yoga sequences are suitable for all ages and abilities. No prior experience is necessary.
I believe that meditation can be best achieved when the body is comfortable, so please wear clothing that allows you to move freely and rest deeply in the nurturing space that surrounds you.
If you prefer your own mat, meditation stool or props, please do feel free to bring them. Mat’s bolsters and cushions will be available if you do not have any.
Included in the cost of your ticket, we share a calming drink on arrival before we relax, unwind and ease into releasing the day.
